Title: installation problem

i am trying to install tinycore onto my harddrive. i click on panel then select hd/usb install. when i tick tiny core it says select file for tinycore. where do i find that? and what do i do for the rest of the installation. im new to tinycore. ubuntu was really easy to install. this will probably be easy too after i know what im doing. can someone please help me out?

Did you have a look at http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:install_hd_net ?
