Title: Bug still in install-tools

The bug is still there

if you don't select Make Partition Active

click forward arrow

click back arrow

you cannot select Make Partition Active

I see the updated program, tc-install, did not make it into the cpio archive, install-tools.gz.
Repacked and reposted install-tools.gz.
