I currently have Puppy linux installed. Can I dual boot Puppy Linux with Tinycore? I don't currently have Tinycore installed.

Yes, tc can be either in the same partition as puppy or in its own partition - you just need to adjust your boot loader to suit.
See the wiki for more information.

Juanito,
I have installed XP & Ubuntu, tinycore, parted-magic, and grub2.
For purpose of organization, and clearer naming conventions, I made a minor change to the install.
In the XP C: partition,
(1) I installed files from tinycore into /tinycore,
(2) reworded the isolinux.cfg to match,
(3) added the calling code to grub2,
(4) Boots OK.
Runs 'as advertised' so far, with various basic items coming up fine.
(5) Do you forsee any problems ?
Will future downloaded applications run OK ?
or should I expect them to be position dependent on the normal subdir arrangement?
Aside,
I also installed Parted-Magic into C: /pmagic, and attached it to the grub2 menu.
Boots OK. pmagic has worked well for several months.
I have several Puppy linux OS, tinycore, and parted-magic installed on my "sand-box" computer, controlled via Grub4Dos.
Thanks,
tinycore looks interesting, and I'll be reading further on this little distro.
It seems to invite personal development of a personal distro, with few frills.

Answering myself.
There were no problems regarding the rename of "/boot" to "/tinycore",
just requires a change to match in the isolinux.conf and the menu.lst.
