Yes. I have. But I have had some issues with freerdp so I have been using rdesktop. But, nothing is perfect and I have had issues with rdesktop as well. I am hoping the new version of rdesktop will fix some of the issues I have had with it.

Couldn't harm to have rdesktop updated, although I consider freerdp the more stable and ongoing rdp client. One thing I dislike about it is that it needs Xorg...

Btw. rdesktop can now be build with pcsc-lite bindings :)

Hi guys,

I’d like to ask how to compile the rDesktop 1.7.0 Client, because it‘s impossible like this:

„cd Desktop/rdesktop-1.7.0 && ./configure --enable-smartcard -x-includes=/usr/X11/include-x-libraries=/usr/X11/lib && make && sudo make install“

Does anyone has some experience with this version?
