Title: How to put the download onto a CD?

When I click on the link for downloads, and then click for the newest version, it takes me to a weird white screen with a list of documents, most of which I cannot open.

How does this help me install TinyCore to my USB?
Any help greatly apreciated, thanks!

P.S. This is not a troll, I'm just a newbie is all.

http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/3.x/release_candidates/tinycore_3.6rc3.iso try to click and see if you download

Download the tinycore iso file.
Use your operating systems's CD burning program to
burn the ISO to CD.  Do not create a data disk.
