I would like to keep a bootable USB drive which will allow me to use hdparm commands so I can run the secure erase feature on harddrives.
I have decided to use microcore linux as my distro but it doesn't have hdparm as standard.
How can I put hdparm on my bootable usb drive?
Many Thanks!!

Please read the documentation and wiki on the web site.

Use the Mount Mode and the AppBrowser to install the hdparm extension.
