Title: 3.6 wallpaper

Racing stripe wallpaper for 3.6. I know it's not out yet and all, but I had a minute this morning.

SVG, 1024x600 png

This reminds me to go make a new inkscape extension. Inkscape Lite may have bashed the svg. Oh, well.
