Title: Missing alsa-config.tcz dep in OSS_alsa.tcz

I tried to add OSS_alsa.tcz in 3.X repositories with app-browser and it gives me a 'not found' error message for the alsa-config.tcz listed dependency. 

Thank you in advance for looking into this problem.

alsa-config.tcz was merged with alsa.tcz except for alsaconf which is it's own extension now, since it was the only thing that made for the bash requirement.

I fixed the OSS_alsa.tcz dep file so it no longer looks for alsa-config.tcz.
