Title: gtk2.tcz midori lost some icons

hello,

the new update of gtk2.tcz lost some icons for midori.
for example: bookmarks, add bookmarks, closed tabs etc.

I don't know why that point release would break things, as the icon patch for firefox was applied. 

I reverted gtk2 to 2.24.3 until I know what the cause is.

Arch Linux is now using gtk2 2.24.4 without the icon patch that was needed in previous releases to deal with firefox icons.  But when built without the old icon patch, the firefox icons are fine but midori  still has issues with it's icons.   Arch does not patch midori, so I would imagine they are seeing the same icon issue too, perhaps not yet reported.  So still 2.24.3 here until a release of midori or gtk2 that does not show this behavior.

Slackware has some patches that fixes the broken icon thing for Firefox, Midori, and also Gtkpod that was recently pointed out, and I have used them for version 2.24.4.

I am once again uploading gtk2 2.24.4, hopefully this one is a keeper.
