Title: Cups1311.tcz missing dependency poppler-bin.tcz

Print a text file from Leafpad without poppler-bin installed: no output from printer.
Cause:  hidden dependency of CUPS1311 pdftops filter on the pdftops binary in poppler-bin.

Possible that cups.tcz needs poppler-bin too but I haven't tested that.
