just read distrowatch. Very interesting, and I will install tiny core in my spare time.
Anyway, try to consume Immunocal. It is a very good product, good for muscle, nerve and anti aging product. It is precursor of glutathione. To give you an idea what it is: when we are a kid or healthy, our gluthathione level is high, when we are old / sick, our glutathione level is low. Please try the product, who knows it will help your OPMD.
