Title: gstreamer-properties as normal user

if I launch this command with sudo I can successfully test my webcam, without sudo I don't see the video for linux 2 plugin and the webcam test fails.
Is this normal?

no it is not normal, i can access my webcam running gstreamer-properties without sudo
