If you 'run tce-load -iw lftp' you will see that there are some checksum errors.
It may be that the ibiblio migrations may hinder resolution.

the md5 checks out on the new test server, so I am not sure what may be the cause.

I started a the top of the mirror list in AppBrowser.
I had to go all the way down to ftp://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/... before I downloaded an lftp.tcz without a checksum error.

Well, I guess if the master repository (i.e. ibiblio) is "sick" the mirrors will follow when they sync with it. It might just be that some mirrors take a bit longer ...

lftp.tcz and related files are now owned by root:root on the server, and that could be the issue.  Seems a casualty of the move.  Will be addressed when possible.
