Title: emesene & webcam

in emesene my webcam was not working, reporting this error:

ElementNotFoundError: videobalancegoogleing I found this page:

so I deleted the folder ~/.gsteramer-0.10 and the webcam now works

that is not emesene's problem. it is gstreamer's problem
there is no way to fix black listed plugins else than removing ~/.gstreamer-0.10 folder

it is like a cache of plugins to reduce initialization time of gstreamer but unfortunately plugins with missing plugins are being black listed

webcam works in the preference window but only there.
I tried emesene to windows and emesene to emesene, so I tied amsn and that one work (ams to amsn).
I packaged amsn
