Title: uxrvt stopped working

Suddenly urxvt stopped workin on my TC 3.1 used regulary for development. When started it stops with this message:

Can't initialize pseudo-pty

Strange it was working till this morning. Do not aware any change in the system except installing latest updates. Tried norestore, result is the same. Few Google hits:

Seems to be not urxvt bug caused by base. Any idea how to fix?
