Title: apps window should download also the info file

Plz modify the apps windows in order to download the .info togheter with the extension, md5 and dep. Why:
- why not?
- it's just a small text file
- sometimes contains useful info on how to use the extension.
  Let's say I have my extensions locally stored, I use tinycore on a pc without internet connection and I     want to use an extension but I don't remember how, in this case the info could be useful.
- In the info file is also written the version, so when an extension is upgraded I just check the version in the file to see if the tce is up to date
