Is there a list of supported PCMCIA card that tiny core supports. I am really new to this and am trying to buy a 4 port USB card. Lots of options, but non specify that they support Linux. Will any card work or do I need a specific one?

Most pcmcia-usb cards should just work.
What's supported is everything in vanilla 2.6.33.3 kernel; I guess this doesn't help much, but if google says it works out of the box in some other distro, it should work here too.

At least those with a NEC controller are known to be well supported and always worked for me.
But there is a bit of confusion with the naming scheme, they are cadbus really, rather than pure PCMCIA (32bit vs. 16bit), so make sure your slot supports 32bit cardbus cards.
BTW, I seen a few mention to support Linux, but none did mention DOS, while even that is not an impossibility. ;)
