Title: Tiny Core and WG111v3 - setup problems
Post by: darkapolloslx on July 17, 2010, 04:24:28 AM
Hi, all.

Newby here, and I'm trying to setup a WG111v3 wireless USB network card-thing.

I can get NDISwrapper to load the drivers (Vista 64bit), but I can not get any of the GUI tools to see the card and connect to anything.

Does anyone have any experance in getting one of these types of cards to work?

Thanks

It is by no means certain that you have the correct windows drivers - the first post here:

has a file attached containing drivers that seem to work with ndiswrapper.

The ndiswrapper and wireless_tools extension info files have instructions on what to do.
