Hi,
I keep getting the below error when attempting to install any apps via the Appbrowser tool:
mount: can't setup loop device: No such file or directory
Tiny core is installed within Ubuntu, otherwise nothing bespoke with my setup.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Tiny core is installed within Ubuntu
What does it mean? Please provide details.

got a tce folder on my Ubuntu partition with all the standard files.
Grub references the boot files on the Ubuntu partition. I've also installed the LXDE environment, not sure that has any bearing.
I'm running Tiny Core Version 2.x Current Release.
Done the mandatory reboot.
Followed installation instruction from here:
http://www.tinycorelinux.com/install.html
"Note: If you already have a Linux System booting via Grub, then you do not need to make a partition for Tiny Core! Tiny Core can run in a couple of directories in your existing Linux Grub installation. Skip to Step 5. You will only need to do Step 5 and add a Grub menu item (title, kernel, and initrd lines) as shown in Step 6."

forgot to say I changed root password, will this have any bearing?

ext3 , I can navigate fine via the terminal or via the pcman file manager.

If you loaded LXDE and are running pcman, then you are likely out of loops.
See: http://www.tinycorelinux.com/faq.html#loops to increase from default of 80 to 256 (0,255)
