Are the new tcl and tk extension supposed to replace the tcl_tk one?

Also, this appears to be incorrect in the tcl, tk, and expect .info:

The tk.tcz extension takes place of tcl_tk.tcz by means of satisfying dependencies, and existing dep files have been adjusted as per the tk.tcz announcement.  And the info file needs to be resubmitted with the correct Author entry.
