Title: Minor: epdfview-0.1.6.tcz generates two entries in "Applications" drop-down menu

Minor issue:

In tc3.0 alpha5 (also in alpha 4)
epdfview-0.1.6.tcz generates two entries in "Applications" drop-down menu

Not sure if this is true of the other epdfview extensions in the repository.

Looking good in alpha 5.

I thought the epdfview-0.1.6 extension was already removed.  Removed now from 2.x and 3.x.  Use epdfview.tcz instead.
