Title: What package contains the "halt" or "poweroff" command

Howdy,

I am trying to learn a little more about linux commands and building a small distribution.  I noticed that most of the commands used by Micro Core Linux come from busybox, but when I go to the busybox website it doesn't list "halt" or "poweroff" in the commands included by the executible.

Where are these commands maintained?

It is part of busybox.
