Title: Bibletime lib error

Bibletime doesn't start.  Command line gives the following error: 

error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.40: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm using TC version 2.10  Booting base norestore and installing fresh gives same error

I can confirm this finding and believe that it's due to the update of the icu.tcz extension from 4.0.1 to 4.4.

I furthermore believe that this has also "broken" the following extensions: sword.tcz and webkit.tcz, which are impacting others like epiphany.tcz, midori.tcz, and so on ...

I'm not sure if all those extensions will need a re-build or if some other "trick" can be applied (just setting up additional symbolic links does not appear to work for me). So maybe (at least as a short term measure) 'icu.tcz' could be replaced by the "old" version and some more testing could be done.
