Title: apps audit: mark for deletion: doesn't delete all the unneeded extensions

tried on a pristine system, downloaded lxde. then opened appsaudit, marked for deletion lxde, the system deletes only some tczs

Obviously we are in the process of conversion to recursion.
If you read the change logs appssudit has not been updated yet.

If you recall, appsaudit came much later after the original simple level dependencies.
As more sample recursion data is available, then appsauduit will be updated.

Can't put the cart before the horse.
