Title: 2.9 not loading applications in /opt/tce

tftplist and httplist boot options load applications into /opt./tce.
In 2.8, these applications were loaded.
In 2.9 they are not.

I think /opt/tce was changed to use onboot.lst like the main tce dir.

The *tplist function would need an update for this, agreed.
