using mc 2.9rc5 (vortex x86core cpu) - skype segfault while starting it

Just installed skype_static-2.1.0.81 downloaded from the official Skype site and it works fine on 2.10rc2

tried skype again with 2.10rc2 and get the segfault on my gecko, but my skype is old; i shall try with the version you refer to

I think I also had segfaults when running skype with OSS for sound.  It was mostly working for me with ALSA sound installed.  But the webcam on my Asus eeEPC 1000 does not quite seem to work.  :P
