Title: Can't install perl5.tcz

Can't install perl5.tcz with appbrowser (TC 2.8), server returns always Error 416, Range can't satisfied.... Tried many times this morning. Strange enough, other extensions install with no problem.

Working here. That error often means you already have the file downloaded, fully or partially (if partially, the server doesn't support continuing the download).

Right, there was a partial file in tce/optional with an md5 file, and no perl5 in /tce/installed. Deleting the partial download was OK.

This would be a useful feature of AppBrowser to check not only the /tce/installed directory but existance of a broken download too and offer delete/overwrite to handle such situation.
