Title: How do I build packages in v2.7?

Build scripts posted here and the wiki article don't seem to work anymore ( the wiki just says "Please be patient with your comments and edits till I will finish it this weekend" and my clock says monday 21:42).
I tried to build emacs, xemacs and sxemacs through these instructions, without success.

So, how do you do it?

Unfortunately I was busy in the last weeks and there very rapid changes arount TC so I hold back a bit finilising the article. But I will do in the enxt days.
