Title: libgcrypt/libgpg-error tce.installed permissions

It looks like these two extensions still have the tce.installed permission errors?

both libgpg-error and libgcrypt has tce.installed scripts but both of them are "0" bytes
maybe this is the reason ?

I removed the zero byte, read only file from /tce.installed in both extensions, they seem to work fine now - updated on-line
