Title: plz add dep file for locale extension, for easy ondemand

If I want to put for example leafpad in the ondemand flwm menu, it cannot easily be done if I want the locale version due to leafpad-locale.tcz.dep doesn't exists

You may already be aware, but until this is officially updated, you can make your own .dep file.

I will update my .dep files for -dev and -locale extensions eventually, but with the challenges of real life in addition to TC duties as it is now, I must emphasize "eventually".  But submitted updates to any of my extensions or dep files for me to upload are always welcome and the contribution would benefit many.
