Title: How to make TinyCore v2.7 poweroff by pressing powerbutton?
Post by: tomkva on January 04, 2010, 03:25:32 AM
Hello,

First of all I have problems then I'm initiating poweroff from terminal, thinclient does not shutdown it just restarts.
I want to poweroff tinycore v2.7 by pressing powerbutton on my test thinclient(MB Intel D945GCLF with Intel Atom 330 CPU). I've enabled ACPI in BIOS. Also I'm using pxe to boot linux where I've set acpi=on but still when I press powerbutton nothing happens. Could you please help me to solve this problem ?

Yes, I wrote a step-by-step procedure that can be found in the wiki.
