I like it! Great idea -- no need to remember all options, and easier for those not booted in another OS. (They won't have to look the options up before booting.)

Doing so would require an iso, as typically an installed system does not have f2 & f3 boot screens.
Do you really want to cut down on the flexibility of installation source media?
