In 2.6 blkid, libblkid and libuuid updated (do not know uuidd and uuidgen status, not mentioned in the change list). Therefore they can safely removed from util-linux-ng.tczl and util-linux-ng-dev-tcz as they are expected to be the same.

They are the same version as in base, and I will remove them as it is duplication.

Some util-linux apps will be broken for previous 2.x TC releases if the libs are removed. I would rather not break the extension for TC versions prior to 2.6.
If they were to be removed, I would rather place them in a util-linux-lib extension that is not an automatic dep of util-linux but place in the info file of util-linux that the libs are needed for previous TC versions. It is the same files as in hal_support, but they would need to be the libs from the same version of util-linux as the util-linux extension.
