Title: hal_support.tczl is obsolate with 2.6

hal_support.tczl is now obsolate and not needed with TC/MC 2.6 as libuuid and libblkid is updated in the core. However we can keep it in the repo for those using 2.5 or earlier for some reason.

I will actualize related .dep and .info files fit to 2.6
