Title: A few checksum errors

Today I stumbled over two checksum errors:

opera10-locale.tcz.md5.txt was probably not updated after a change to opera10-locale.tcz.

hal-dev.tcz.md5.txt is actually an edited version of hal-dev.tcz.info (and contains no checksum at all). It appears to me that hal-dev.tcz.md5.txt formatting looks "better" than hal-dev.tcz.info and should probably be used in it's place.

Even with rigid use of the extension audit script before uploading anything, things still have a way of getting by.  They are corrected.
