Title: util-linux-ng.tcz or util-linux-ng.tczl

I just stumbled over the fact that we seem to have two different extensions for util-linux-ng in our repository.

I'd imagine we only need one of them. It looks as if util-linux-ng.tczl is a super-set of util-linux-ng.tcz and is also the more recent version. I guess that's then the one to keep.

As far as I can tell there are two depencies (fakeroot.tczl.dep and tripl.tcz.dep) which will need to be updated (from .tcz to .tczl)

Util-linux-ng.tcz was the old one, forgot to remove it.

The dep files are corrected.  Thanks.
