Title: boot option nolocal still used in usb_install

Boot option nolocal is still used in usb_install, but that boot option was dropped.

hmmm, grep nolocal /usr/bin/usbinstall does not return any results.

It must have been a previous version because I tried it again and this time there was no nolocal boot code.
