Title: Refresh_Menu Problem

Although we have moved to flwm_topside, Refresh_Menu still wants to call flwm_restart.

I tried using flwm_topside_restart, but it also refers to flwm.

And trying "kill -s USR2 `pidof flwm_topside`" doesn't refresh the menu either.

This is related to the issue of menu entries that are added to the tce.menu folder but don't get displayed.

It takes a full restart of X to refresh the menus.
