Title: tc 2.5 and rsync

The new tc 2.5 doesn't have enymore rsync in the kernel, as Robert say.

Is there a possibility to have this rsync as tcz extension?

The extension grsync need them, so after the creation of the extension the .dep file must be actualized.

Will make an rsync extension tonight if no one gets to it first.

I have posted the original v3.0.2 as was in prior Tiny Core versions.
