Title: Documentation for tce-load, tce-setup, tce-update and so on?

Documentation for tce-load, tce-setup, tce-update and so on? I have serahced but didn't find anything except release notes describing changes to these functions. I haven't a clue how to use them.

I am willing to write a verbose guide how to use them once I have the necessary info. :)
