Title: perl_URI.tcz md5sum error

Installing perl_URI.tcz perl_URI-doc.tcz from the repo I get an MD5SUM mismatch error message and tehy are not installed by Appbrowser.

The md5sums checked out ok, but I recreated them anyway.  See if it works now.
