Title: kmaps.tce dvorak layout

kmaps 1.14.1

dvorak.kmap is actually a right-handed dvorak layout. dvorak-l and dvorak-r are as i would expect.

keeping this short as ff keeps getting killed by OOM, this laptop only has 512mb ram ;)

Don't let it use so much cache ;)

The keymaps are named as they are in the kbd package.
