Thanks. However, I notice that the startup script is storing the file pstoraster.convs in the folder /usr/local/etc/cups. A conventional CUPS install uses the folder /etc/cups.

A conventional... But TC stores everything if possible in /usr/local... TC is not a conventional system :-*

In fact, if /usr/local/etc/cups does not already exist, the gs start-up script was storing pstoraster.convs as /usr/local/etc/cups - corrected the start-up script to check if the folder exists and reposted:
