Hi,
microcore_2.3.1.iso  will not DL.I tried 3 different browsers. My connection is rock solid cable/vpn, no such issues ever. Got to 23% at max and then timed out. Is this likely a site issue, or doI need to try something else on my end?

You could try a different mirror.
