The file was there and the md5 checked out ok, but I recreated the file just in case.  Try again and see if it works.

Hmm... are you able to use the appbrowser or tce-load in 2.3.1 to install python-2.5.2-minimal.tczl?

I got the same error message and downloaded via ftp.

The problem is that the extension, list and md5.txt are named .tcz instead of .tczl
