Title: previous versions of core elements

I would like to make a request/suggestion to have previous versions of the core elements also be available in the archive section of the downloads.  I can think of a few scenarios where this would be very helpful.  Thanks

I will make directories by version number in the archive directory.
Starting with v2.3, when 2.4 is relased.
