where I can see the source code of kernel and tcz in git mode?

I don't know if we maintain a git for the kernel.
You can find the current kernels and related files here:
http://tinycorelinux.net/16.x/x86/release/src/

There is a git for scripts, rootfs, and various other items here:
https://github.com/tinycorelinux

Sources for tczs can be found in the .info files, for example:
