Title: how to play video files with mplayer

mplayer isn't showing up in bottom right corner along with other apps, installed mplayer via app center

help a newbie

Sir or madam,

i am not sure.

i Have not used Tinycore for a while but i remember the ICONS for apps
show up on a central expanded bar...like other interfaces

maybe you changed the window manager?

anyhow, when i use Tinycore i use the media player called FFPLAY
which is inside the app called FFMPEG

it is a nice little media player .
You can learn about it by searching this forum under FFPLAY and learn
all it's commands and features.

There are also other media players like  TOTEM in the app store.

It's pretty easy to use FFPLAY for playing youtube videos.
