Title: compiletc metapackage depends on the wrong kernel api for TC16

The compiletc metapackage still includes linux-6.6_api_headers.tcz as a dependency. This should be linux-6.12_api_headers.tcz for TC16

If you look here:

..that is not the case

Weird, seems I got my TC15 and TC16 builds mixed up. Sorry for the noise
