interestingly

....it also seems possible to run Very modern web browsers by the following...

1)  if you get KMELEON functioning on 32 bit SSE1 cpu chip machines in tinycore........and use KMELEON with web addresses such as ONWORKS.NET

that will allow you to run a very modern "linux CLOUD distro" with network access and modern web browsers.

there are other CLOUD DESKTOPS too which may work on KMELEON over tinycore
such as "Puter.com" and several others

it may be possible to make an APP IMAGE file of this KMELEON portable version mentioned above and run it in tinycore through wine

Thx

Since it uses the Pale moon engine, why not compile Pale moon?

I was thinking about old gecko version of k-melon. I can also use old gecko versions of Firefox but they have one issue, old certificate for https. Maybe there is way to use old browser with modern https?
